Made to order Goods" must be paid before they are started.
We do not refund, On any hand made, Or Personalised items.
I will happily replace any items which was sent by mistake, If you got the wrong order, Please mail right away, After the item are returned, as NEW !! In a Timely Manner, I will replace them right away. Please Ensure you enclose a letter with your return item(s) To avoid delay in processing your new order.
Buyers must return the item using delivery confirmation / tracking number, or risk not qualifying if they are lost in transit.
